Click the Sort button. To select a column name, click the Sort by list arrow Click the Type list arrow, and then click table cell content type. Click the Ascending or Descending option. Click the second Sort by list arrow, select another column name, and then select the related sorting options. Click the Header row or No header row option as it applies to the table.
