5.3.3.Insert Different Headers and Footers for Different Pages
Click the Insert tab.
Click the Insert tab.
Click the Header or Footer button.
Click the Header or Footer button.
Click a built-in header or footer
Click a built-in header or footer

Or click Edit Header or Edit Footer to modify an existing one.

Then select the Different Odd & Even Pages check box.
Then select the Different Odd & Even Pages check box.
Then click to select the Different First Page check box to create a unique header or footer for the first page
Then click to select the Different First Page check box to create a unique header or footer for the first page
Then click the Close Header and Footer button to confirm
