16. 2. 1. Using the ROWNUM function
  1. ROWNUM is a pseudo-column and is computed as rows are retrieved.
  2. Since ROWNUM is computed as rows are retrieved, it is somewhat limited.
  3. ROWNUM numbering takes place before the ordering.
