'bordercolorlight' Syntax and Note

Note:
    
A three-dimensional border requires two shades of the same color to 
give the appearance of 3D

This attribute defines the lighter shade of the border color. 

Its value is either a color name or a hexadecimal color value using the 
"#RRGGBB" method.
    
Syntax:
